Shipping & Handling
All Angels Rift orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders are fulfilled by our team in Oregon. Please know it may take up to 10 business days for processing and stitching before shipment. Orders do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number.
International orders may take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Please note: any duties, taxes & other fees incurred for shipments outside the US are not included in the garment price(s) or shipping costs.
We are unable to determine how much your import fees may be. These taxes are determined by destination country. Recipient will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or import fees upon arrival.
Angels Rift is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please follow your provided tracking number to ensure someone is available to receive your package.
If the incorrect shipping information was provided when the order was placed, we are not able to refund or replace the order. Please enter information carefully.
For domestic orders, if you have not received your package and tracking states it was delivered, please contact your local post office with your tracking details. They should be able to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange only. No returns, no refunds. All items sent for exchange must be mailed back in like new condition within 15 days. If you prefer, you may return your item for store credit towards a purchase at a later date.
Please return your garment (s) with your name, contact information, order number and return shipping address. Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of arrival to the Angels Rift galaxy. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we have received your return and processed your exchange or credit.
